Interesting article .... however I can't help feeling that we are always in somewhat of a no win situation. We think we are doing something good for ourselves .... then they change their mind and tell us it isn't all that good etc
Then they tell us ... eat fish ... that's the best source ... but then they also say that most fish is contaminated/ poisoned ... so that's out.
Then they tell us that we should be taking capsules from a pure source ... but then you find as many sources saying ... nope don't take capsules ... chances are they have gone rancid and lost all of their benefits ... might even do you harm *sigh*
And really ... how many of us do have a source of organic grass fed meat ... or the space for half a side of meat ... or even the money to feed a family everything organic ?? (for just the meat the cost of 1lb averages $10 for organic/grass fed )
So anyway ... I guess these days nothing is perfect ... and we all have to make compromises and just do the best we can. I think that most of us will never be able to be totally purist ... and even if we tried ... the medical/nutritional community keeps on changing their minds every 5 minutes anyway
